Charlie |

Charlie is Mr. Happy! Charlie has moderate learning
difficulties (MR), mild hypotonic cp and speech and language difficulties.
He
attends a Special School in Oxford UK for disabled children and absolutely
loves it! His teachers tell us he is the happiest child they have had
there for many years. Charlie has had many tests but no firm dx has ever
been found for his problems, although several doctors have suggested a
chromosome deletion being the most likely reason for his combination of
problems. Charlie
walks but can only manage short distances and definitely prefers his
stroller! He can now chatter at about the level of a 2.5 year old and his
understanding is limited to about the same age level. Charlie does not
interact very well with his peers as he finds them scary but he loves
all older children and adults. He's a great kid!
