Bethany

Bethany has a provisional diagnosis of Ataxic Cerebral Palsy. Although she is high functioning she has a large group of subtle problems; macrocephaly, Failure to Thrive, clinically short stature, delayed gross and slow fine motor, possible spina bifida occulta and some undefined gastrointestinal problems (Coeliac Disease has just been ruled out by biopsy) to name but a few! She is a happy and endearing child that is cognitively very bright which has unfortunately hampered the search for a diagnosis.
